Please email for a return request a form at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. Please include your name and order number and a customer service represetative will email you a return slip to include within your return.
We can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resealable condition. We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) once the return has been received back.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a promotion for free shipping, returns will still incur the actual shipping costs we incurred to originally ship the products to you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US WITHOUT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. DEPENDING ON THE ITEM PURCHASED, A DIFFERENT RETURN ADDRESS MAY BE GIVEN

Due to the fact that many products (bedding and wall art and related accessories) are special ordered from the manufacturer, the purchasing credit card must be charged at the time the order is placed.
No Artwork, fabric, or personalized items, can be canceled once the order is placed.
NOTE: In order for cancellations to apply, if they are eligible for cancellation based on the above criteria, the order must be canceled prior to the items shipping from the manufacturer.
